We want to make your next order of custom screen printed or embroidered apparel as easy as possible! Nationwide shipping. Join Strange Planet Printing as we discuss the basics of how to screen print a 4 color CYMK process design onto some t-shirts. Our tips, tricks, and habits are examined in this video, and this video is intended to shed some light on the how to of screen printing.

Our press is a 6/6 M&R Chameleon with back clamps, and we’re using 18×20 MZX Newman rollers tensioned to 25 newtons of force. We used Union TruTone process inks in this video. We compared these inks to our International ProBrite inks, and we found that the Union process inks gave us a far better result in terms of color spectrum.

Strange Planet Printing has an important goal: to provide each and every one of our customers with the highest quality custom screen printed t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags possible, and we take a huge amount of pride in our screen printing and embroidery expertise. Brand fulfillment and custom logo creation are also a large part of our small business model.
